How do I log in for the first time?

  • Click "log in" on the right hand side of the home page
  • Enter your 6 digit Member number
  • Enter your PIN number; if it is your first time logging in, the initial PIN will be the first 5 digits of the primary's social security number
  • The system will then force you to change your PIN and set up security questions

Will I be asked the enhanced log in security questions every time I log in?

No, once you have added your computer e-Banking will no longer ask you the questions. However, if you use a different computer it will ask you to answer your security questions.

Why will it not let me transfer money from my savings to my checking?

More than likely you have violated Regulation D. Regulation D was set up by the federal government to limit the amount of electronic withdrawals out of your savings. This limit is 6 per month and it includes overdraft protection.

What if I forget my PIN?

If you have forgotten your PIN, click "Forgotten Password" found below the Log In section or if you prefer to give us a call at 504-728-4853, we will explain how we can reset your PIN for you.

How do I register for Bill Pay?

  • Log on to e-Banking
  • Select Payment Manager from the menu
  • Click the link Click Here to Register
  • Read the disclosure, then click OK
  • An email will be generated thanking you for registering
  • Another email address will be sent once the application has been approved

What happens once my registration is complete?

  • Select Payment Manager from the menu
  • Click View and Pay Bill
  • Follow directions to set up payees and schedule payments
