This helps catch and block suspicious activity that may take place, particularly in foreign countries where fraud is prevalent. If you are planning to travel, please contact us. Additionally, Xplore's Falcon Fraud Center monitors your card. If suspicious activity is detected, you will be alerted via email, text, and phone. If those are not enough, Xplore offers smsGuardian for all members.
Lost/Stolen debit card
If your card is lost or stolen, please call 800.682.6075 (24/7). Your card will be deactivated and a new card sent out to you.

Visa’s Zero Liability policy covers U.S.-issued cards only and does not apply to ATM transactions, PIN transactions not processed by Visa, or certain commercial card transactions. Cardholder must notify issuer promptly of any unauthorized use. For more information, visit the Visa website.
One less thing to worry about when you opt in for Overdraft Protection. We will automatically transfer money from your Xplore Savings account to avoid overdraft charges. It's free to enroll, and a small $5 fee per transaction when used.
Opt in to Privilege Pay and Xplore will cover checks, electronic payments, debit card purchase, and transfer that do not clear due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), avoiding the hassle and expense of decline transactions. There is a $29 fee per covered item.

The Xplore FCU Mobile Banking app allows you to deposit checks at your convenience. Simply open the app, photograph your check, and deposit it. The check image is sent securely for processing and deposited into your Xplore account within one (1) business day. Members need to be with Xplore for two (2) months and in good standing to deposit checks via Mobile Banking.
