Briani Lane recently joined the team at Xplore Federal Credit Union as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. With over 8 years of human resources experience, Briani brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization. Using her vast industry expertise, Briani will be focused on setting, enforcing and evaluating legally compliant human resource policies, procedures, and best practices as well as identifying and implementing strategic talent management goals. A New Orleans native, Briani has resided in Slidell for 5 years. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, having game night with family and friends, festival season and watching Lifetime Network. Her favorite holiday is Mardi Gras! "Leissez les bons temps rouler!"
