Will you be traveling soon with your Xplore Visa credit or debit card? You can protect your card from unauthorized transactions and reduce the likelihood of declines. Just notify us if you plan to use your Visa card while on vacation. For your protection, Visa monitors irregular activity. If Visa notices that the card is being used in a different state or country, it may place a hold on your card unless notified of your travel plans.

Visa Transaction Assistance Line: (800) 547-3666 or call Xplore's Call Center and press option 5. This is the number to call if your card is declined while attempting to make a purchase.

Lost/Stolen Card Line: - (888) 297-3416- Call this number when your debit or credit card has been lost or stolen. Your card will be deactivated and a new card sent out to you.
