FRAUD ALERT: Spoofed Calls & Texts

We’re aware of fraudulent calls and texts pretending to be from Xplore. These calls/messages claim there’s suspicious activity on your account and may:

  • Appear to come from Xplore’s phone number (Caller ID spoofing)
  • Urge you to click a link or provide personal info
  • Ask you to move or withdraw funds

 What You Should Know:

  • Caller ID can be faked. Just because a call looks like it's coming from Xplore or another familiar number doesn't mean it actually is.

  • Scammers may claim to be from your credit union and refer to issues with your account, debit card, or other services to sound convincing.

  • Never share sensitive information such as your account number, PIN, online banking credentials, or Social Security number over the phone if you did not initiate the call.

How to Protect Yourself:

  • Hang up and call us directly using the number listed on our website if you receive a suspicious call.

  • Don’t give out personal information to unsolicited callers.

  • Report any suspicious calls to us immediately.

Do NOT:

  • Click any suspicious links
  • Share usernames, passwords, or verification codes
  • Send money or move funds at someone’s request

Xplore will never contact you to ask for sensitive information or request money movement. If you're unsure about a message or call, hang up and call us directly at:

  • 888-897-5673 (Your calls to this number will reach Xplore safely and cannot be intercepted.)
