**$750 New Hire Signing Bonus: Available to new hires for the Lead Transaction Specialist and Video/Call Center Representative positions at Xplore Federal Credit Union. Offer valid for candidates hired and onboarded between October 21, 2025, to December 31, 2025. $750 New Hire Signing Bonus is credited after a minimum of 90 days of active employment has been reached, provided the employee is in good standing at the time of payout. “Good standing” is defined by Xplore FCU’s internal HR policies.
**Xplore FCU Member Referral Bonus: Current Xplore FCU Members in good standing are eligible to receive a $50 account credit for referring a candidate who is hired into one of the eligible positions.
