Xplore Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Pany Taylor to AVP of Member Experience. This promotion shows not only Pany’s achievements, but also, Xplore’s dedication to exceeding member expectations year after year. Pany has been with Xplore FCU for 13 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to this new role. Recently, Pany played an integral role on the team that successfully implemented the new Xplore Away video banking platform.
As AVP of Member Experience, Pany ensures that member service departments are meeting and exceeding member expectations, as well as enhancing member relationships, by overseeing the Xplore Branches, Video Service Department, and Call Center. Pany’s most recent achievement was her integral role on the implementation team of the Xplore Away video banking project, which she now oversees in her new role.
Born in Thailand and raised in Hollywood, CA, Pany has been in the finance industry since 1998. Her previous roles include Sr. Retirement Plan Specialist for Washington Mutual Bank, and Special Accounts Processor for the Los Angeles Federal Credit Union. In her free time, she enjoys going the gym, visiting local restaurants, and traveling with her family when possible.
